List of services included:

• Clean, level, and calibrate the thermostat for accuracy

• Check the freon levels

• Replace or wash customer supplied air filters

• Lubricate all moving parts

• Test all safety controls and devices

• Test, secure and tighten all electrical connections and terminals

• Clean the burners and pilot assemblies

• Inspect the heat exchangers, flue assembly, burners, and draft diverters

• Adjust all main air dampers

• Inspect the vents, the ducts, and airflow
